Section 3.5: Transferring Annotated Documents to your Computer

After annotating PDF documents with Aji Annotate, you may wish to transfer these documents to your computer. To do so, first be sure that Aji Reader Service is running. Then, use the "Browse" tab in Aji Annotate to locate the PDF document(s). Documents which have been annotated in Aji Annotate will show the "Upload" button.

Simply tap on the "Upload" button and the annotated document will be transferred to your computer.

After the transfer, a new "Open Annotated PDF" button will appear on Aji Reader Service. You may click on the button to view the PDF document.

Note: When the modified PDF is transferred to your computer, its filename will be appended with "- Annotated". If the modified PDF document was originally downloaded from your computer, it will be placed in the same folder as the original document. PDF documents which have obtained via the Web Downloads feature will be placed in the Uploads folder.
